    The following items are non-returnable:

    - Gift cards

    - Used or damaged products

    - You will need to provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return.

    - Once approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the item.

     

    1.4 Return Shipping:

    - Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    - Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for your return. KAFRATII is not responsible for any lost or undelivered returned items.

     

    1.5 Processing of Returns:

    - Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

    - If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

    - If your return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you.

    2. Exchanges

    2.1 Eligibility for Exchanges:

    - We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong size, color, or style).

    - Exchanges can be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.

    - The exchanged item must be in unused, unwashed condition, with tags and original packaging intact.

    2.2 Non-exchangeable Items:

    - Customized or personalized items are not eligible for exchange.

    - Sale or discounted items are typically not eligible for exchange unless stated otherwise.

     

    2.3 How to Initiate an Exchange:

    - You will need to provide your order number, item details, reason for the exchange, and the new size/color if applicable.

    - If the exchanged item is out of stock, you will be offered a store credit or a refund.

     

    2.4 Exchange Shipping:

    - Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product. KAFRATII will cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

    - Ensure the product is returned in its original packaging with all tags intact to ensure a smooth exchange process.

     

    3. Damaged or Defective Products

    3.1 Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:

    - If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team at info@kafratii.com or WhatsApp at +91 91248 91815 for assistance within 24 hours of receiving the product.

    - Please provide clear images of the damage or defect along with your order number to help us process your claim.

    3.2 Refund/Exchange for Damaged/Defective Products:

    - If the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will either offer a refund or an exchange (depending on your preference and product availability).

    4. Refunds

    4.1 Refund Eligibility:

    - Refunds will be processed for eligible returns and exchanges, including damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

    - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, net banking, etc.).

    - Refunds for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders will be processed through bank transfer or store credit.

     

    4.2 Refund Processing Time:

    - Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.

    - The actual credit to your account may take 5–7 business days depending on your payment provider.

     

    5. Cancellation of Order

    5.1 How to Cancel an Order:

    - You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if the product has not yet been dispatched. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

    - If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to return the product.

     

    5.2 Cancellation Due to Stock Unavailability:

    - In case the ordered item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may either choose an alternative product, wait for restocking, or request a full refund.
